The Necromage perk gets double buffed from anniversary edition and a unique helmet it added to the game. Enjoy enhanced enchantments, perks, spells, shouts, standing stone effects and even some powers!

I believe the necromage perk bug got fixed with USSEP, so for anyone who have the mod, you might want the _”Undo Certain USSEP Changes”_ mod to use the exploits that would be locked out by the unnoficial patch.

The problem is, if you transform or unequip the helmet, you lose every bonus it gave you.
Where to get it
Current play through is a level 106 vampire. I now reign as the dark queen of Skyrim, exerting my power from Blood Chill Manor.
Wish I knew this when I made my vampire build last year 🤦♂️

Technically magic resistance is better than fire resistance because it covers all 3 types of elemental damage, not just 1
I made a build purely on this, and I use dusk fang and blood thirst… Its honestly stupid strong
Yeah but being OP in Skyrim is very very boring.
If you use the Unofficial Skyrim Patch then the perk has been “fixed” not to apply to the player. There are other mods that put it back though.
