I get the feeling that Froki was meant to be encountered much earlier, but he is placed in an awkward area that often isn’t visited early.
You do know this isn’t part of the CC, it’s been in the game seance 11-11-11.
Honestly most of my mods, besides the ones that add content, deal with making the existing content more immersive and interesting. Dialogue mods are gonna go crazy in the next year so gotta keep an eye out for some that help with immersion breaking stuff like this.
