PhantomHorse is a great mod.
Not many people know this, but in vanilla there is a problem with the game crashing when a horse spawns in certain areas.
I had to set the horses not to spawn to fix this problem.
But it was very cumbersome to move around. Thanks to this mod, it saved me.

The playerhome got me interested just for only one reason.The follower Illusion mage one ,cause i never saw just a one npc ever using illusion magic in skyrim for 10 + years not even added followers and got 60 purely added followers with 60 slot AFT.😊(Correction-Illusion mage trainer in the college of Winterhold uses once invisibility when you talk to him for the first time ,thats it -when he asks,how did you see me?)
