The textures look good but they’re too clean, buildings and walls are supposed to have some wear and tear for immersion, that’s my opinion

A Capt. Panda Vanilla Plus series would be awesome.

Remaster the armors, weapons, flora, textures, lighting in a vanilla friendly manner.

These are an incredibly good foundation for Skyrim cities and will make the cities look so much better even without adding anything more. I know this because I am using “Eldergleam NG” as my base game for building a personal modlist, and Eldergleam comes with most, if not all, of these mods already installed!
I have tried so many Wabbajack lists, and Eldergleam gives me exactly what i was looking for as a solid base. The first time i went into the game, i was very impressed with the overall graphic look of everything. Textures look great and everything blends well together.
. . . . but, of course, i am a modder, and I did start adding quite a few mods on top of Eldergleam.
One of the first places i overhauled was, of course, Whiterun, with mods like ” Whiterun Has Walls Redone”, “GG’s Impoverished Whiterun”, and “JK”s Whiterun Exterior”. These mods make Whiterun look great and give an impression of the city being much bigger, along with surrounding the exterior with more farms and houses.
But i do think it all works so well and is so stable because of all of the foundation mods that you mention in this video! I would highly recommend that everyone consider these mods no matter what other city overhauls you use. You could even just stop with these mods and have cities that look so much better without anything else!

I tend to keep a lot of Whiterun’s vanilla textures, because I frankly hate how every single retexture mod for this city strips the colour off all of the houses. You lose those blues and greens and end up with bland grey and dark architecture. No thanks. I love to use the Mossy Whiterun series for the walls and streets, but that’s about it.

still saving for a decent laptop to enjoy these; just one with 4gb vram and 16gb ram is enough for me

Been loving your vids!. Do you need patches for some of these if youve decided to use a lot of JKs mods?

PBR has been a blessing for me doing my first modded LO, it forces you to use simple overhauls and thus save on performance and general LO bloat. I think Spaghettis cities are great for this with some added mods on top. For example HS palace mods are really nice and don’t go overboard that much.

Very nice mods… but first remember to apply an expensive mod to your hardware… ok ?
