Great, another late build. I meanwhy even bother anything if you already have 100 alteration? Much better would be to use something more practical, like that perk on 40 destruction that stuns the enemies.

I’ve found this exploit just stops working on it’s own, even without being hit by your own AOE spells.

And if you’re going to exploit like this, you’re better off just resto-looping potions and taking the Recovery perk for crazy mana regeneration speed.

Wait, what? I’ve watched this like 8 times and I still don’t get why the circle of protection is relevant. The circle gets absorbed? Do you have to be a Vampire for this to work? Im so lost. I get the how, but not the why.

I believe you can also absorb some energy from the Stormcall Shout but i am unsure.

Restoration will always be my favorite school. Kinda because the guards love you for using it, and if the guards love you, you feel loved by everyone.

You don’t need to avoid area damage spells. Just use Chain Lightning; it doesn’t hurt or in any other way affect you.

And here I am with Magicka regen enchantments on my armor and regen pretty quickly with a set of daggers to switch to if I face a lightning user with absorb magicka and health.

I should have done that years ago instead of focusing on cost reduction when I first tried to mage….

I use this spell with my Breton vampire who absorbs about 75% of spells
