You got me wondering where they got the souls in the first place. Did they experiment with the Falmer, Or are the constructs powered with dwarven souls?
Luckily Bethesda can just “claim” that none of the creation club content is canon cause this ability is a pretty extreme step up in technology. Even for the Dwemer.
