Books of Power Immersive Learning is genuinely something Bethesda should consider as a rework of Magic for the next Elder Scrolls game. Honestly, the whole College quest line was exceptionally half arsed, especially when content like the missing apprentices was cut that would have added that little bit more to a very bare bones questline. To go from a novice to the Arch Mage in what feels like a week of in game time is frankly comically poorly thought out. The mage play style should very much make you feel like a “student of the arcane” and put you through the early stages of learning (and messing up) complicated spells. Rolling it into repeatable lesson type quests would be a really cool way of padding out mage related content and making it feel a lot deeper.

Some of the mods like “College of Winterhold – Quest Expansion” are essential in helping to deliver what Bethesda should have made the College, I think this mod very much is of a similar mould. If someone could expand on it further to integrate the two and create repeatable lessons, I think it would add a huge layer of much needed depth.

Important details to note about ENB Frame Gen:
– It does work on monitors with lower refresh rates if you turn on force frame generation in the enb menu
– Works with all brands of gpus, Nvidia, AMD and Intel
– The steam app called Lossles Scaling can give you similar results, however ENB Frame Gen works with what you have in-game, while LSFG generates frames from whatever it captures from the whole game window. I chose to use the mod, since LSFG for me gave mushy and blurry UI elements sometimes, and I get less stutters and input delay with the mod instead.

Are all these mods included in Eldergleam??

Apparently Animated Interactions has a compatibility issue with QuickLoot, the mod author is already aware of it so we’ll just have to wait for an update.
Additionally, QuickLoot itself has already been preparing its own big update for a while now so don’t forget to use the keep track option on Nexus for these mods if you decide to install them.

For note currently enb frame gen are incompatible to gtx1000 series

anyone looking for frame generator just get “lossless scaling” plugin. you can use it with any game, movies, videos. It costs ~5bucks. i have been using it solely as a frame gen although there is also an upscaling setting. much more versatile and dont need to be running enb to use

HEADS UP: Northern Roads is a pain in the a** with a looot of compability mods which are def needed in bigger mod lists.
I tried it and it was really nerve wrecking thing and I got tired at countless of hours.

Switched back to Blended Roads and a couple of enhancement mods for it.

Cool, I’ve been looking for a magic learning overhaul so this released at the perfect time! Have to see how compatible it is with other similar mods!

So many incredibly good mods in this video! I love the new spell-learning mod, and i am glad to see that the new “Complex Parallax 2″ mod also works for those who choose not to have northern roads!
But what really caught my attention is the ” ENB Frame Generation” mod. It is so good to see so many mods coming out that help with fps and stability for people who just can’t afford or justify more powerful gpus. With mods like this and also with the much improved “Community Shaders”, it will help to allow more people to enjoy some of those very demanding Wabbajack lists, instead of walling them off to be used only for those who are more financially blessed.

As a new modder, I still run into issues, seems having the newest version of the AE causes them *sigh*, but I can’t get any of the College of Winterhold mod to work.. crazy lights, twitching floors, disappearing doors etc, but the casting mods all work at least lol.
Edit: Love this list, I even have most of these, the HAG overhauls are so great.
